Tim started his real estate career over 30 years ago whilst working with Western District stock and station agencies, before pursuing a full time real estate career as the Manager of Radford Real Estate, Hamilton in 1990.

Relocating to Horsham with his wife Debi, they went on to purchase Radford Real Estate in 1996 and following several name changes and merges are now the sole directors of Coller Rathgeber Property Group.

Along with overseeing the day to day running of a busy real estate office, Tim undertakes a full time sales executive role and is acknowledged for his enthusiastic work ethic, effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills. He is one of Horsham’s most experienced auctioneers and commands an intimate knowledge of the local area and its market influences.

Tim is passionate about his team’s performance and the service they offer to their clients. He is immensely proud of the professional team of sales executives, property investment managers and administrators who are the backbone of Coller Rathgeber Property Group and the key to our businesses success.

Away from real estate, Tim enjoys spending time with Debi, their two adult sons and grandchildren or getting away and spending time at their coastal holiday home in Ocean Grove.
